A lifelong West Valley resident Gaspar grew up in Canoga Park, attended local public schools, and graduated from CSUN.
A small business owner, he founded Gaspar Insurance, one of the largest independent insurance firms in Los Angeles with over 60 team members and 11,000 clients.
A community leader, Gaspar is a board member of Discovery Cube Los Angeles, Metropolitan YMCA of Los Angeles, Woodland Hills/Warner Center Chamber of Commerce, and more.
He is committed to prioritizing investment in our local communities.
Barri Worth: Running for Councilmember CD3
Barri Worth has announced her candidacy for L.A. City Council in CD3, a seat currently held by Bob Blumenfield, who will be termed out in 2026.
Born and raised in the West Valley, Worth brings extensive experience in public service and a passion for community involvement. For nearly two decades, she has worked on behalf of residents of the San Fernando Valley. She has held high-ranking positions in the State Legislature, the Office of the former Mayor of Los Angeles, and the County Board of Supervisors. She has served professionally in nonprofit leadership, and held multiple board positions and lead roles on community committees, and in nonprofit and community based organizations. She also directed government affairs and community engagement for The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles.
Worth currently serves as the Director of Community Affairs for L.A. County Supervisor Lindsey P. Horvath.
Deborah Klein Lopez: Running for Assembly
District 42
Local Agoura City Councilmember and former Mayor Deborah Klein Lopez has announced her campaign to represent this beautiful yet environmentally vulnerable area in the 2026 State Legislature.
Klein Lopez is no stranger to disaster recovery, having first been elected to the Agoura Hills City Council two days before the Woolsey Fire caused mass evacuations and destruction—followed by floods and the COVID-19 pandemic. Her focus on communications, sustainability, public safety and small business support have been key tenets of her service.
Growing up and raising her own family at the base of the Santa Monica Mountains along the border of L.A. and Ventura Counties, Klein Lopez has deep roots in the district. She is a product of the local school district, and has held many leadership roles over the decades in the district, including board member of the Resource Conservation District of the Santa Monica Mountains, chair of a successful ballot measure to stabilize a local school district, and manager of a weekly winter homeless shelter for nearly 20 years.
