The Soraya is congratulating all artists from their current season who are among the 2025 Grammy nominees.
Cumulatively, the Recording Academy has recognized dozens of Soraya artists with hundreds of Grammy and Latin Grammy Awards. This year’s Jazz at Naz festival is particularly well represented.
The Clayton-Hamilton Jazz Orchestra (November 16, 2024 at The Soraya) has been nominated for Best Large Ensemble Album.
Chris Rountree (November 16, 2024 at The Soraya) has been nominated for Best Classical Instrumental Solo, with Chris Rountree conducting “Eastman: The Holy Presence of Joan D’Arc.”
Lakecia Benjamin (February 5-6, 2025 at The Soraya) was nominated for Best Jazz Performance & Best Jazz Instrumental Album.
Kurt Elling (February 15, 2025 at The Soraya) was nominated for Best Jazz Vocal Album.
Chucho Valdès (February 20, 2025 at The Soraya) has been nominated for Best Latin Jazz Album.
