Iconic yacht rock hits by Toto, Steely Dan, the Doobie Brothers, Kenny Loggins, Christopher Cross, Jimmy Buffett, Fleetwood Mac and other soft rock legends of the 70’s and 80’s will come to life with live music and original films in Calabasas on Saturday, August 1. Premier Yacht Rock band Rock the Boat will bring its innovative cinematic concert experience to the stage at Sagebrush Cantina from 8 to 11 pm.
Created by Disney cast alumni, Rock the Boat is a one-of-a-kind multimedia concert that pairs a world-class live band with a giant movie screen showcasing original, synchronized short films. Produced by a former Disney VFX artist, the featurettes blend live action and animation to bring the stories behind iconic soft rock hits to life.
