Rams Owner Stan Kroenke has purchased The Village at Westfield Topanga.
The Kroenke Organization purchased the mall for $325 million from owner Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
The Village was built in 2015 and offers 600,000 square feet of retail and dining outlets.
Unibail had said in 2021 it planned to sell all 24 U.S. properties by the end of 2023.
This deal did not include Westfield Topanga, which is still undergoing a massive renovation, however, Unibail sold the Promenade Mall to Kroenke’s group for $150 million earlier this year. The entitlements for The Promenade already included approved plans for a stadium, but there is no word on how involved The Rams will be on the property. Kroenke also purchased the old Anthem property in Warner Center in 2022.
