The “Brady Bunch” house in Studio City is opening to the public with a limited run of tours, letting fans walk through one of television’s most recognized homes.
Visitors can spend an hour in the home on a self-guided tour of familiar spaces, including the living room with its iconic staircase where the family lined up, the brightly colored retro kitchen and the children’s bedrooms.
There will be interactive features and photo opportunities designed to recreate scenes from the show.
The house is located at 11222 W. Dilling Street, and was used in exterior establishing shots. Interior scenes were filmed on a studio lot, but HGTV beat out NSYNC’s Lance Bass to purchase the house and spent $1.9 million to turn the home into an exact replica of the set. They added a whole second level and recreated the floating staircase, the orange and avocado green kitchen, the Jack-n-Jill bathroom and backyard with dog house. The house was sold in 2023 to Tina Trahan, a historic home enthusiast and wife of former HBO CEO Chris Albrecht.
