The Leonis Adobe Museum in Old Town Calabasas is hosting its family-friendly Springtime at the Adobe event on Saturday, March 25, from 1 to 4 pm.
Enjoy live music, fun demonstrations of rancho life from the 1880s, and special presentations from the Los Angeles County Beekeepers Association!
In addition, kids can make spring-themed crafts, learn about bees and butterflies, plant their own flower seeds to take home, and enjoy live music with Craig Newton! Other activities include visiting the baby animals, tortilla making and a scavenger hunt with filled eggs as a prize!
Entry is $8, members and children under two get in for free! Membership and tickets can be purchased at the door.
The Leonis Adobe Museum opened May 21, 1966, as a historical monument and living history museum dedicated to restoring, preserving, and sharing California ranch life in the late 1880s. It welcomes over 12,000 schoolchildren each year to its award-winning California Rancho field trip program and its Chumash Village field trip program, hosted at the Calabasas Creek Park.
