Sagebrush Cantina Opens Its Own General Store

  • by

The iconic Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas has opened their own store on site, offering Sagebrush merchandise as well as a host of other items.

Store manager and buyer Cheryl Seaman says the new store is stocked with private labeled shirts, hoodies, baseball hats, sweatshirts, bootie shorts, t-shirts and beanies – all you need to dress Sagebrush style!

Food offerings include hot sauce, popcorn, pickles, candy bars, sinful cookies, lollipops and a variety of British food from Ye Olde King’s Head Pub (also owned by Sagebrush’s Donal Tavey) including sausages and chicken pot pies.

Seaman, who has 35 years of wholesale sales experience and had a showroom at the L.A. Mart, has researched and purchased fun and funny items for Cantina diners to  pick up on their way in or way out of the restaurant.  There are hats with funny sayings, jewelry, drinking items, candles, kitchen towels, Sagebrush pint and shot glasses and more.

Plans are in the works to offer more Sagebrush Cantina food items, including their famous salsa, tamales, carne asada and to-go “dinners at home.”

Check out the new store, now open Thursday to Sunday and Monday to Wednesday by appointment. It’s located right at the entrance to the restaurant at 23527 Calabasas Road. Call (818) 222-6062 or visit sagebrushcantina.com for more information.
