A 22-year-old in a Mustang caused havoc and major damage during a road rage incident Wednesday in Woodland Hills.
Seth Pointe pulled up behind another car in the freeway entrance lane to the 101, just under the freeway overpass east of Shoup. He slammed into the car in front of him, then backed up, raced forward hitting another car. He then backed up over the median into westbound traffic, hit another car and then raced back across the median and slammed into an SUV.
John Crawford, whose business camera across the boulevard caught the incident, said Pointe called his parents from the car and they came to the site to calm him down. “People get angry there as they’re waiting to get on the 101,” said Crawford.
However, Pointe allegedly caused trouble at Fallbrook and Victory just prior to this incident. No one was hurt but Pointe was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon. He was released after posting bond on a $30,000 bail.
