Rams Kick Off Training Camp With Local Kids

Last Sunday the Los Angeles Rams kicked off their 2026 Training Camp presented by CommunityAmerica Credit Union at Loyola Marymount University (LMU). This is the third year the team has held camp at LMU as they are the team’s official higher education partner. Training camp runs through Friday, August 7, after which the team will return to their practice facility in Woodland Hills for the remainder of the season.

Offseason acquisitions defensive end Myles Garrett, cornerbacks Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson officially took the field as Rams this week for what is set to be an exciting season for the Rams. Following their return to Woodland Hills, the team will host their singular preseason home game against the New Orleans Saints on August 22 at SoFi Stadium. The Rams regular season begins with the first ever NFL game in Melbourne, Australia on September 10 against the San Francisco 49ers and will mark the start of their historic seven prime-time game season.

The Rams also utilize Training Camp to host community groups from youth to high school football teams as well as community partners that collaborate with them throughout the season on programs such as their STEAM Education Program.

On Monday, July 27 following practice Head Coach Sean McVay surprised 10 local organizations with a combined 1,000 free tickets to the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games through LA28’s Community Ticket Program. The tickets are made possible by the Los Angeles Rams’ inaugural $5 million donation to LA28’s Community Ticket Program, committed to ensuring that Angelenos of all backgrounds have the opportunity to experience the games in their backyard.
