Bonnie Kyle Mulholland, a popular local real estate agent with Keller Williams Calabasas Estates, passed away Tuesday night. Her death was unexpected and reportedly due to complications from surgery.

Mulholland served on the Keller Williams Associate Leadership Council, made up of the top 20% of agents, and as Chairman of the Culture Committee, where she organized two of their most successful and community events – Red Day and the Pumpkin Festival.

She was extremely involved with the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce, which recognized her as a leader and invited her to be on its Board of Directors as Chair.

Current Chamber Chairman Michael McNutt said, “It is with extreme sadness that I share with you the tragic and sudden passing of our dear colleague, friend, and fellow board member Bonnie Mulholland.  As a Chamber, this is a big loss for us and a huge hole in our hearts. Thank you for being a part of our family and for your service to the greater Calabasas Community.”

Mulholland came to California from Texas, where she had graduated from the University of Houston.

Before  her 20-year real estate career she was West Coast Director of Bvlgary and Manager of the Sherwood Country Club.

Services are pending.
