Ovarian Cancer Circle Donates $75,000 for Cancer Research

The Ovarian Cancer Circle/Inspired By Robin Babbini presented a check for $75,000 to further ovarian cancer research to UCLA gynecologic oncologist Dr. Sanaz Memarzadeh and UCLA G.O. Discovery Lab: Gynecologic Oncology Cancer Research Lab. The Circle hopes to achieve even more in the coming year, and will continue to fight for women diagnosed with ovarian cancer. The Ovarian Cancer Circle, inspired by Schimmel’s daughter Robin Babbini, is a nonprofit organization committed to creating an ever-expanding ring of networking, education and support for women of all ages, their extended families and friends who are affected by ovarian cancer.
