Every Sunday the VFW hosts “The Impossible Situation Jam,” an outdoor Open Mic Music Jam from 3 to 6 pm.
Run by band leader and bassist extraordinaire, Harel Simon, along with drummer Dwight Payne and guitarist Nathan Douglas, all styles of music are welcomed. Musicians can play or sing with the house band or just come by to enjoy the festivities. It’s a rockin’ fun time had by all! Producer/songwriter Guy Marshall and drum guru Lenny Bent recently dropped by to jam with the band.
