A man who physically assaulted a real estate agent at an open house in Encino has been arrested and identified. Alen Karaboghosian, 45, was taken into custody and booked on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon, specifically bodily force. Since his arrest, multiple women, including other female realtors, have come forward with similar groping stories regarding Karaboghosian. According to his family, Karaboghosian has long suffered from mental health issues. He is currently being held on $130,000 bail.
