After renting for years, award-winning rapper Nicki Minaj “checked out” Hidden Hills and found a home. She had most recently rented a hillside home in Calabasas.
Minaj paid $19.5 million for an all-new estate built in 2022. The modern farmhouse boasts 12,000-square-feet of living space with eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms and two powder rooms. The main house has glass pocket doors that open to patios and terraces, and the upstairs primary suite has a private balcony overlooking the backyard.
The full acre flat lot has garaging for three cars, a separate guesthouse and poolside cabana next to the saltwater pool that has a spa and Baja shelf for sunbathing.
