Matthew Stafford Passes Off Hidden Hills Home for $21 Million

Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford seems to be passing real estate around like well…a football. Records show that Stafford recently sold his main Hidden Hills home in an off-market deal for $21 million, after just purchasing two side by side ranch homes he acquired from Drake. The unidentified buyer of his Hidden Hills home paid approximately $1.4 million more than Stafford paid for the property only last May.

The modern farmhouse was developed on speculation last year by EGC Real Estate Group and is situated on approximately two acres. The 15,000 square-foot property has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms dispersed on two levels. But perhaps the most eye-catching feature is the glass and shingle-sided exterior that boasts a multi-gabled roofline.

While not playing football, Stafford could have relaxed in the wellness suite that includes a massage room and steam shower, watched replays in the movie theater, trained in the fitness center or celebrated his victories/drowned his sorrows with the aid of two temperature-controlled wine rooms. Other amenities include a library, den, gourmet kitchen, attached six-car garage and separate guesthouse. The exterior of the property includes a pool, expansive lawn space, indoor-outdoor entertaining space, a wet bar and outdoor kitchen.

While Stafford will be saying goodbye to his neighbors that include coach Sean McVay and teammate Aaron Donald, they’ll only have to travel a few streets over to his other Hidden Hills property.
