Maggiano’s at the old Promenade Mall in Woodland Hills sent out an email announcement on April 28 that they would permanently close their doors on April 30. According to Boyd Ingram, the restaurant’s General Manager, they were the “last store in the mall” but were not kicked out by the impending Ram Village construction. “Eventually we were going to close regardless,” he told Valley News Group. Local residents jammed the restaurant for their last taste of Rigatoni D and spaghetti, but found that there was reduced staff, as reportedly many of the employees quit when told abruptly of the closing only days before.
