Meta Housing Corp, a West L.A. affordable housing developer, has submitted plans to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning to construct an affordable housing apartment complex on the site of an existing office building at 21300 West Oxnard Street in Warner Center.
The proposal is for two buildings with 301 studio, one, two and three bedroom units, with parking for 229 cars.
Meta is building under the Mayor’s Executive Directive 1, which expedites the processing of shelters and 100% affordable housing projects in Los Angeles.
Meta recently built an 80-unit affordable complex on Owensmouth Avenue in Canoga Park, and another large complex in North Hollywood.
