The Los Angeles Police Department captains of the Valley were honored along with LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell at the United Chambers of Commerce annual luncheon on April 2.
Over 20 police captains were recognized at the event at CBS Radford Studio. United Chambers Board Chair Mike Stafford introduced the guests, and UCC Vice Chair, former Los Angeles City Councilman and current LAPD Reserve Officer Dennis P. Zine was the emcee.
Representatives from United Chambers’ 13 members chambers were on hand, as well as community leaders and other law enforcement personnel.
