The Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council received complaints from stakeholders that they were not informed about the opportunity to present their concerns to the board about the In-N-Out proposed at 22822 Ventura Blvd. (on the old Bank of America site). The board then vacated their original action. The case will be sent back to the Council’s Planning and Land Use Committee for further input and discussion by the neighborhood and the applicant.
