Cupid’s Hot Dogs, an iconic eatery in Northridge since 1964, closed its doors December 30. No reason was given in a letter posted on their door, but word on the street is the car dealership next door is taking over the property at 9039 Lindley. The Cupid’s at 20030 Vanowen in Winnetka and at 2585 Cochran Street in Simi Valley are still open and dishing up their famous dogs.
