
The newest entry on the West Valley dining scene is Fogo de Chao, opening in March at 6263 Topanga Canyon Blvd., on the ground floor of the Q Topanga. Valet parking will be available.
General Manager Stephany Rodarte says the restaurant will offer their famous rodizio-style Brazilian steakhouse menu, specializing in churrasco barbecued meats and traditional side dishes. They will also offer a full bar and happy hour from 4 to 6 pm. Rodarte says the new eatery will also host bar events with set prices on assorted cocktails and appetizers, plus one wine dinner per quarter.
There will be indoor and patio dining, as well as private dining for up to 80 in the 1,800-square-foot restaurant.
When they open, hours will be Monday to Thursday 11 am to 2 pm and 5 to 10 pm, Friday 11 am to 2 pm and 5 to 10:30 pm, Saturday 11 am to 10:30 pm and Sunday 11 am to 9 pm.
In a boost to the local economy the Woodland Hills restaurant has also hired and is training 100 employees.
