Former City Councilman Dennis P. Zine will be the guest speaker at the Woodland Hills Homeowners Organization (WHHO) meeting on Wednesday, September 27, at 7:30 pm. Zine is also a reserve LAPD officer and Honorary Mayor of Woodland Hills. WHHO president John Walker said, “We expect he will give us a unique insight into the LAPD and enforcement and safety, the homelessness issues and his insights into city government – especially how to get things done and what a city council member can really do. We are sure he will want to talk about his “Rantz and Ravez” column with Valley News Group.”
