Coldplay manager Dave Holmes and his model wife Sessilee Lopez are putting their Hidden Hills Napa Valley-style mansion on the market just two years after purchasing the home.
Built in 2020, the 13,460-square-foot home offers three-levels of living space with seamless indoor-outdoor environs. In addition to the organic feel of the house there are high-tech and leisure amenities including an elevator, movie theatre, temperature-controlled wine cellar, fitness room with an infrared sauna, laundry jet system and six-car garage with an automated carousel.
The open great room has a spacious fireside living area with retractable glass doors to the backyard. The dining area is connected to the gourmet kitchen with its eat-in island and high-end Gaggenau appliances. There are eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, and the primary retreat offers 2,000-square-feet, two fireplaces, a “hidden” TV that drops from the ceiling, private patio, separate kitchenette, and walk-in closet. The marble bath has heated floors, dual vanities, a dressing area, oval soaking tub and shower with room for two.
Sitting on 1.14 acres, the property also boasts a zero-edge pool and spa, cabana with a full kitchen and a guesthouse.
Offered at just under $18 million by David Emanuel of AKG | Christie’s International and Trisha Perez and Gary Wolfe of Century 21.
