An elderly man crashed his car through the front door of the Whole Foods at Canoga and Ventura in Woodland Hills Sunday around 12:30 pm.

Evidently he was backing up and kept going right through the front doors into the produce section, stopping when he hit the coffee bar.

The driver was able to exit the car on his own and paramedics checking him over determined he had not sustained any serious injuries.

The structural damage to the front of the store and the doors was able to be repaired.

No one in the store was hurt though  several melons were mushed during the incident.
