Calabasas July 4 Celebrations

The City of Calabasas will not have fireworks but proudly hosts a family-friendly 4th of July celebration each year, featuring fun and festive activities for all ages! Kick off your Independence Day with the annual Lakeside Fun Run from 7 am to noon. Run or walk along the greenbelts and pathways of beautiful Calabasas Lake.  Registration includes race shirt, commemorative medals and awards for top finishers in each of the two- and four-mile races. Then head to the Lakeside Greenbelt for the popular Pet Show at 11 am—a favorite for families and their furry companions. Participants are invited to showcase their pets in a variety of fun and lighthearted categories, including:Best of Show, Most Patriotic and Best Trick. Registration is required at  $10 per pet. Spend the afternoon cooling off at the Splash Party from noon to 4 pm at the Calabasas Tennis & Swim Center, featuring music, games, and poolside fun.  The event is free and no registration is required. Note that capacity is limited and occupancy is capped for safety and it is first-come, first-serve. Outside food is permitted but coolers / ice chests, glass bottles/containers, alcohol and tobacco or vape products are prohibited.
