ATT Proposes Wireless Antennas Atop Motion Picture Home

  • by

ATT has submitted a proposal to the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council’s Planning and Land Use Committee to place a roof-mounted wireless telecommunications facility atop a building at the Motion Picture & Television Fund, 23388 Mulholland Drive, Woodland Hills. The system would consist of 16 panel antennas and 48 RRU’s, and is designed to meet the demand from customers in the area to improve service due to interrupted service, dropped calls or no service in nearby retail centers.  The PLUM Committee found that the proposal met the condition of LAMC Sections 12.24 and 11.5.7 that allow the installation of wireless facilities in R3-1 zones, and the committee recommended the full Council approve the conditional use permit.
