Get Free Legal Advice at Calabasas Chamber’s Law Day

Blame the Parents for Out-of-Control E-Bikes

Get free legal advice at Calabasas Chamber of Commerce’s annual Law Day on Friday, May 1.

“I fell and hurt myself. Can I sue?” “Do I have the right documents for my estate?” “Would I pay alimony?” “Was I a victim of a crime?”

These questions and more can be answered in free 45-minute consultations with an attorney with legal expertise in bankruptcy, conservatorship, criminal defense, estate planning, family law, general litigation, personal injury and probate.

Attorneys participating are Mark Levinson, David Shapiro, James Bozajian and Maria Primushko, working in conjunction at times with the Caruso/Pepperdine School of Law.

Law Day was started 12 years ago by Shapiro as an opportunity for attorneys to give back by providing free legal consultation to anyone who wished to get information, guidance and assistance if possible.

“I think residents and community members really appreciate the opportunity, and over the past years we have seen many people come in for advice,” Shapiro told Valley News Group.

Register for an appointment between 11 am and 3 pm.   The event will be held at the Calabasas Library at the Calabasas Civic Center. Register at calabasaschamber.com or by calling (818) 222-5690.

Law Day is sponsored by the Calabasas Chamber and Mark L. Levinson Family Law  in collaboration with the City of Calabasas.
